Welcome to Blitz by RDS. By placing an order through our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Custom Orders

Many of our products are customized, including snow globe tumblers, pens, phone chains, keychains, ID holders, and badge reels.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

• Names
  
• Spelling
  
• Colors
  
• Sizes
  
• Images
  
• Logos
  
• Other customization instructions
  

Please carefully review your order information before submitting it.

Blitz by RDS is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Product Appearance

Because our products are handmade and customized, there may be slight differences between the product shown in a photograph and the finished product.

Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

These variations do not necessarily indicate a defect.

Payments

Orders must be paid according to the payment options available at checkout.

For custom orders requiring a deposit, production may not begin until the required deposit/payment has been received.

Deposits may be non-refundable once production has started, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Please contact us as quickly as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

Once a customized item has entered production, we may be unable to make changes or provide a cancellation.

Intellectual Property

Customers must have permission to use any photographs, logos, artwork, names, or other intellectual property submitted for customization.

By submitting artwork or images, you confirm that you have the right to request their use.

Customers may not use our branding, photographs, designs, or other intellectual property without permission.

Pricing

Prices may change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

Right to Refuse an Order

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where we are unable to fulfill the requested customization, there is a suspected fraudulent transaction, or the requested design cannot reasonably be produced.

Limitation of Responsibility

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including shipping-carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Policy Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your order will generally apply to that order.
